Getting started with Tuitix Studio

From sign-up to a working agent in six steps. Inside the studio, the Tuitix Guide help chat (bottom-right) answers questions about any screen.

1. Create your account

Sign up with your email and WhatsApp number. Enter the one-time code we send, then set your password. The Basic plan is free; a Developer plan unlocks the Workflow designer, Vault and publishing options (compare plans).

2. Add an LLM key

Open the account menu → Vault → Credentials and add a key for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI. Keys are encrypted and never shown to the model.

3. Create an agent from a template

Go to Agents → Create agent and pick a template:

  • Knowledge-base assistant — answers from your documents.
  • Email & calendar assistant — reads Gmail and Google Calendar.
  • Web research agent — searches and reads the web, cites sources.
  • WhatsApp support bot — answers customer messages from your knowledge base.

The wizard walks through the start trigger, the executor (instructions, model, tools), knowledge, and the final answer style. Prefer a visual editor? Open Workflow and build the same agent on the canvas.

4. Add knowledge

In the wizard's Knowledge step, upload files, ingest a URL, or crawl a website into a namespace, then click Use this namespace for the agent.

5. Connect tools

  • Google: Vault → Credentials → Connect Google Workspace, then add the Gmail or Calendar tools to your agent.
  • MCP servers: Vault → MCP & Tools → Add MCP server, then Sync to add its tools.
  • Built-in tools include web search, page browsing, file and image generation, Jira, ServiceNow and database queries.

6. Chat and ship

  • Chat with your agent in Agents; threads keep the conversation history.
  • Trigger it from other systems with a webhook, or on a cron schedule.
  • Publish it as an HTTP endpoint with API Creation, or embed it as a chat widget on your website.
  • Track token usage per day and model on the Dashboard.
